 British Columbia Court of Appeal Justice Mary Saunders, shown in photo on right, told a sick and ailing John English that he would not be permitted to use a qualified lawyer to present his case against BC lawyer Greg Harney who Mr. English claims tried to rip him off with a million dollar bill for less than 2 days in court and a few weeks of office time. 

In the Editors opinion, the highly unusual ruling proves that the British Columbia Court of Appeal continued to be threatened or blackmailed by the criminal gang inside the Government of British Columbia that is using the Harney case as a tool to complete the looting of the English family resort property near Tofino, B.C.

Elizabeth Bennett

John English has been under doctors care for a serious concussion sustained last fall and he has been advised not to appear in court until his health is better so, his long time family friend and fully qualified lawyer, John Frederick Carten, approached the court  and asked to present the legal arguments because Mr. English was not well. 

Mr. Carten also tendered to the court proof of Mr. English's serious medical condition that was verified by a written report from Dr. Susan O'Donnell of St. Paul's Hospital who had examined Mr. English as a result of a medical crisis earlier in the morning. 

Mr. Carten is a highly qualified lawyer who has appeared at all levels of court in Canada and he sometimes assists self represented litigants who cannot otherwise afford a lawyer

Objections were also raised about the presence of Justice Elizabeth on the case because she is a former career civil servant in British Columbia whose pension plan is probably managed by the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation the company that was the beneficiary of the looting of the English family property by terrorist tactics. (see photo below of English family home burning )

 

Government terrorizes the English family.

Ms. Bennett has developed a reputation for being selected to preside on cases  involving  bureaucrats and politicians who are alleged to have committed crimes while in office in British Columbia. 

She was recently assigned to a case involving Mr. Carten where she made a highly questionable ruling and her assignment in that case is evidence of improper interference with the judiciary by the BC Government and corroborates Mr. English suspicion that the BC Government is manipulating the Court of Appeal against him. 

Ms. Bennett was involved in both the cover up of the alleged crimes of Premier Glen Clark and the cover up of the alleged crimes in the BC Rail scandal under the leadership of Premier Gordon Campbell. 

Based on her body language and demeanour in court on May 28, 2015, it is apparent that Ms. Bennett is under great stress that is consistent with criminal blackmail or other forms of threat or inducement.  

The court left Mr. English with no practical option but to risk his health and make a brief attendance to insure his appeal was not defeated by default.

The other judge on the case is Justice Nicole Garson who, like Saunders, Bennett and Chief Justice Bauman owes her position as a high paid Canadian judge (salary $250,000 plus per annum) to the corrupt regime of gangsters who worked for Prime Minister Jean Chretien - a regime that was widely known for corruption, judicial case fixing, and other crimes. According to the Court of Appeal Web Site, Garson (shown in photo on right) was appointed a supreme court judge on March 21, 2001 and a Court of Appeal Judge on May 14, 2009.    

A close examination of Garson's complexion in the recent photo on the right shows the tell tale signs of the Irish Curse, red coloured blotchy patches that form with the making of dishonest decisions, that killed former Canadian finance minister Jim Flaherty and that afflicts Elizabeth Bennett and Chief Justice Bauman.

British Columbia Premier Christy Clark (fifth person from the left in photo on left) was in Washington, D.C., on April 17 meeting leaders of the IMF, World Bank Group where she bragged about the British Columbia Government financial position that was increased by the corrupt acquisition of the English family property at Pacific Rim Resort through a corrupt legal process where buyers and financiers were frightened away by acts of terrorism, such as the deliberate burning of the English family home shown burning in the photo on right below, threats of murder and attempted murder. 

All the available evidence points to a deliberate attack against the English family carried out by agents of the Government of British Columbia who used criminal methods to loot a very valuable property that had been owned by the English family for almost 3 decades.  This is the legacy that  Premier Christy Clark is building for herself.

Premier Christy Clark also had a private meeting at the White House with Roberta Jacobson, who has been the United States Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs since March 30, 2012 and who is extremely curious about the British Columbia Government's close relationship Li Ka-shing who is widely regarded as an agent of the Chinese Communist Party and who recently announced that he had hired former Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird who, it is now suspected, was a secret agent of the Chinese Communist Party working inside Stephen Harper's cabinet for the past eight years - since 2007.

The Li Ka shing business enterprise has huge interests in Canada’s largest housing and commercial property development, the massive False Creek project in central Vancouver on the government land that hosted Expo ’86.

CEO Doug Pearce, received a total remuneration of $1.5 million in 2013, a 24-per-cent jump from his pay the year before of $1.2 million while 3,000 people are homeless in Vancouver.

Doug Pearce, who in the Editors opinion looks remarkably like a Pig,  was the man in charge when agents of BCIMC engineered the criminal conspiracy to loot the property of the English family and someone, probably an insider with BCIMC, attempted to murder Jack English because he blew the whistle on BCIMC corruption.


At the same time, a person on welfare in British Columbia gets a meagre  $600 a month and must pay huge sales taxes on almost everything he or she buys to support Pigs. 

Darryl Jones (photo not yet available) the former Vice President of Piggies Palace in charge of Research and Risk Measurement, earned a huge sum of $866365.  Daryl Jones has retired now and is living in luxury while others live in poverty in British Columbia and, after goons working for BCIMC, unlawfully forced the English family from their home at gunpoint.

Bryan Thomson, in charge of Equity Investments at BCIMC earned a huge salary of  $816,993 while British Columbia has the highest rate of child poverty in Canada. 

Bryan Thomson smiles and laughs while children live in poverty because people like Bryan Thomson are living high on public funds and there is no money to relieve child poverty.  Well done, ...Bryan.




The Unknown BCIMC Pig

Paul Flanagan, whose photo is unavailable but whom we are told  looks like the BCIMC employee in the photo on the right, is BCIMC Senior Vice President for fixed incomes and earned a salary of $764,350 about three times the salary of a Supreme Court Judge who earns about $250,000 per year.



Dean Atkins, the BCIMC Senior Vice President of Mortgages, took home only $745,293 less than half of the what Doug Pearce but over 100 times more that his fellow citizens on welfare are paid. Dean Atkins photo is also unavailable bout sources say he too looks like a Pig.


Mary Garden on

Mary Garden, the BCIMC Vice President of Real Estate, earned a huge salary of $687,086.  Mary Garden was also the in- charge-gal who approved the BCIMC acquisition of Parkbridge Community Lifetstyles in 2011 that was deeply involved in the terror campaign against the English family.  In the Editor's opinion, Mary also looks remarkably like a Pig. 

British Columbia now has two Piggy Palaces.

One is the internationally acclaimed Piggies Palace and Pig Farm where Willie Pickton murdered, butchered and fed to his pigs the bodies of over sixty women who were killed for sport and entertainment and the other is the corporate offices of British Columbia Investment Management Corporation where the murdering, slaughtering and butchering is less direct but not less effective.

Legal Counsel for the Pigs at BCIMC is Robert Des Trois Maison who was paid the $455,115 in 2013, by a government agency that benefits from huge taxation levels on everything the public purchase.  Robert is paid almost 3 times more than the democratically elected Premier Christy Clark, salary $168, 234, who is responsible for the governance of the whole Province, who is regularly attacked by the media and opposition parties and who has no job security.

BCIMC Is In Financial Trouble and Begins Selling Asset To Cover Cash Outlays

The corrupt management at the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation aka BCIMC is in big financial trouble and they are beginning to dispose of financial assets to cover costs.

Last week, it was announced that BCIMC has sold its interest in the Canadian based Delta Hotel chain to Marriott Hotels for $169 million.

In the opinion of the Editors this is evidence that BCIMC is in deep financial trouble.  The problem for BCIMC is that it must pay the highly over inflated civil servant pensions that the heavily unionized government work force has extorted from the public in British Columbia.

There simply is not enough cash to cover the grotesque pension benefits and so the asset disposal is ramping up.  When pension benefit stop then things will get very interesting.

Of course, Mike De Jong has a huge conflict of interest because he is the Minister in charge of BCIMC and the RCMP investigation will lead directly back to the Ministry of Finance which failed to supervise the management at BCIMC to insure innocent families were not terrorized by government agents.

Jack English has been making a series of Freedom of Information requests for documents that will assist to prove the criminal conspiracy against his family was organized by senior Government officials but the government is denying those requests on the grounds that he release of the documents will cause damage to the Government.

Pearce's replacement is Gordon Fyfe (shown in photo on right) has a sterling reputation earned well outside the reach of the corrupt provincial government civil service in Victoria, British Columbia.

Fyfe has been President of Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) since October 2003 and its Chief Executive Officer since October 2003. Mr. Fyfe joined Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investm) from CDP Capital where he was President, World Markets, of the CDP division since March 2002 responsible for investing more than $70 billion in the world’s equity, bond, currency, commodity, and alternative product markets. From 1992 ... to 2002, Mr. Fyfe was the President and Chief Operating Officer at TAL International, where he worked for 10 years. He started his career in Canadian Pacific before moving to Europe where he worked with Dominion Securities Pitfield and was a Vice President at JP Morgan, from 1986 to 1992, worked in the bond, equity, and derivative product markets. He serves as Chair of the Emory Center for Alternative Investments in Atlanta and as Chair of the Pacific Pension Iinstitute (PPI).

Mr. Fyfe is a Member of Board of Directors of Pacific Pension Institute. He serves as Trustee of Retirement Residences REIT. He serves as Director of TimberWest Forest Corp. Mr. Fyfe has been a Director of Telesat Canada since October 2007 and Telesat Holdings Inc. since October 31, 2007. He is a Member of Advisory Board at Black Coral Capital. He is on the Board of Trustees at Retirement Residences REIT. He served as Director of Revera Inc. since January 2007. Mr. Fyfe holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD in 1996, and a B. Com. from the University of British Columbia.

Charles Reid (shown in photo on right) from his job after allegations by Jack English that Reid was either incompetent or corked, or both, as a result of the inability of BC Hydro to rectify the harm that its out of control employees caused to Jack English and his family when those employees illegally trespassed and destroyed his access bridge in order to destroy his business.

Reid was replaced by Jessica McDonald (shown in photo on left) a woman who has a reputation as a competent civil servant having previously work for the Government of British Columbia at a number of senior levels including a stint as Deputy Minister to Premier Gordon Campbell from 2005 to 2009.

Insiders with the BC Liberal Party report that it was about 2009, shortly after McDonald left, that Premier Gordon Campbell started to go lose control of his caucus and the rumblings continued until he was forced to resign in 2011.

The appointment of Jessica McDonald to replace BC Hydro CEO and President Charles Reid took place on May 25 2014 five days after the private meetings between Jack English and the Premier and her colleagues and is another welcome example of the BC Liberals keeping its campaign promises and standing up for the free enterprise against the forces of darkness, corruption and organized crime.

It was Conspiracy that utilized Municipal Officials in the District of Tofino, Officials of the Government of Canada and British Columbia, Lawyers and Law Offices, and Criminals who went in and lit buildings on fire, smashed water and sewer systems, put a false and defamatory website on the internet at westcoaster.ca and crawled under the English's vehicle and undid the steering linkage on their truck to cause it to crash and potentially kill them on their way over the mountainous road from Tofino to Port Alberni and

Jack English Continues Battle in Rear Guard Action Against Lawyers Circling the Dead Scraps of His Family's Business.

When all is lost - like vultures swooping and circling over the dead bits of raw meat after a gruesome accident - top-rated law firms in Vancouver and Victoria are the circling birds of prey over the remaining holdings of the English family that were substantially pillaged and plundered by a clear criminal conspiracy that benefited the biggest CAPITAL INVESTMENT pool on Canada's west coast.  

The colossus shark of the western financial waters, the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation that manages over $100 BILLION DOLLARS continues to bleed RED BLOOD ON THE STREETS OF VICTORIA AND TOFINO after the infliction of near mortal wounds by the power of the social media to explain an INJUSTICE OF A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY THAT BENFITTED BCIMC that manages al civil service pension funds that include municipal service workers,  hospital workers and staff, nurses, court services, police, politicians, sheriffs, fisheries officers, parks etc. etc. in the province.

This is pretty crazy stuff but what happened to JACK ENGLISH AND HIS FAMILY can happen TO ANYONE IN CANADA and there is nobody, NO POLICE, NO ARMY, NO CIVIL DEFENCE that will stop a criminal conspiracy of firebombing, burning, vandalism, attempted murder, murder threats and much, much, more because ...

THIS STORY IS NOT OVER AND JACK IS NOT DEAD YET .... although he says they tried to kill him several times ...

One law firm, Borden Ladner Gervais to its credit, recognized it had failed Jack English by not recognizing that Jack English and his family were the victims of a criminal conspiracy and wrote off its LEGAL FEE of $100,000 Plus.

The failure to see the criminal conspiracy is the kind of error in judgment that many lawyers are prone to making because they are unfamiliar with how the law is used as an implement of criminal activity sometimes, knowingly and sometimes unknowingly, but every day judges are taking away property and transferring property and, in the halls of justice and in law offices and real estate offices there sometimes lurks criminal minds just as criminal minds lurk in the dark alleys and secluded streets of our nation.

Jack English's struggles with Victoria lawyer Greg Harney's remaining bill owing of about  $228,000 after he reduced his Million Dollar Draft or "Shock" Bill to a mere $500,000 plus change bill continues at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and at the Law Society of British Columbia where Jack English has reported Harney's billing practices and alleged abusive conduct to the Law Society's professional standards disciplinary body for review. 

Another Vancouver area law firm, Boughton Law Corp has refused requests that it identify its many several conflicts of interest as it pursues Jack English for approximately $300,000 after also failing to see the obvious criminal conspiracy unfolding under their very eyes.

The Endless Corruption of British Columbia

In British Columbia when the government wants your land they burn you out and no one goes to jail and the RCMP refuse to investigate and that is exactly what happened to Jack English and his family whose home shown in centre photo was burned out by unidentified agents of the British Columbia Civil Service pension plan managed by a British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCIMC).  

Marilyn McNamara (a shown in photo on right) is a lawyer and a British Columbia civil servant civil she will benefit from the looting of the property the BCIMC looted from the English family using a fraudulent court process because her pension is managed by BCIMC.

When the British Columbia Government Civil Service learned Mr. Carten was helping the English family recover their looted property Marilyn McNamara acted like Adolf Hitler and his Nazi goons who goose stepped across Europe burning and pillaging in their path

Firstly, the Gangster Civil Service manipulated the court process and installed the dirty Provincial Court Judge John Lenaghan to take away 100% of Mr. Carten;s regular income just like the same Gangster Civil Service used dirty judges to destroy Mr. Carten's  business 15 years earlier when he was acting for another victim of the Nazi / Soviet State of British Columbia and when they threw him on jail on trumped up charges of non payment of child support that artificially rigged at 3 times the rate set by the Canadian Parliament.

Then, instead of allowing Mr. Carten a proper, full and open hearing of his application before the Employment and Assistance Act Appeal Tribunal that he is entitled to under the law, Marilyn McNamare, acted like a Nazi, rigged the process and engineered a perverse result in order to deny Mr. Carten the state mandated assistance all impoverished persons are entitled to under Canadian law, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and under the domestic laws of British Columbia.

So while Prime Minister Harper and the Canadian media play a grand charade by hurling insults at the Russians and other states that allegedly abuse humans rights they encourage the increasing Nazificaiton of Canada by people like Marilyn McNamara and the British Columbia Government Civil Service. 

 

When recently elected British Columbia Premier Christy Clark (shown in photo on left) learned that the Gangster Civil Service lawyers are crooked and when her own Gangster Civil Service union lawyers lost a significant court case against another  civil service union she did the intelligent thing and went outside the corrupt Gangster Civil Service and hired a private lawyer to take the case the British Columbia Court of Appeal where the Court agreed with the private lawyer and made a ruling in favour of her elected government and contrary to the plans of the Gangster Civil Service that has a reputation of secretly manipulating the lower courts in British Columbia.

 

This is the state to which  the Gangster Civil Service in British Columbia has descended where they attack and destroy the homes and businesses of innocent families in order to enrich their own pensions plans.

Was Civil SERVANT, Doug Pearce, Paid A Bonus For the Firebombing AND Terrorism Used to Acquire Pacific Rim Resort?

This is the guy who is in charge of the company that benefitted from the "terrorism" and other "criminal activity" used to loot, pillage and plunder the lands that were formerly owned by the English family near Tofino.

Concerned citizens in  British Columbia, other parts of Canada and "around the planet" are justifiably are asking if Doug Pearce was paid a bonus or reward for his skill and talent that appears to have included a carefully crafted campaign of terrorism, criminal activity, and other abuses of power to acquire real estate that was formerly owned by the English family near Tofino, on Vancouver Island.

Of course, we the Editors, are not accusing Doug Pearce and BCIMC of orchestrating the crimes committed but, according to Jack English, Pearce did meet with him, at least once, and got really nervous and displayed the "body language" of someone who was very guilty and, as most criminal investigators know, body language is usually very reliable. 

This meeting was before Jack English finally figured out that he was double crossed by a real estate agent who was working for BCIMC and at the same time supposedly working for him.

There is no doubt that there were crimes committed that assisted BCIMC (through its subsidiary Parkbridge Community Lifestyles Ltd.) to acquire the property so, it is a safe bet that someone connected to BCIMC was behind the crimes and Dough Pearce as the top guy at BCIMC is ultimately responsible for the actions of the company he directs and manages.

Did Judge John Lenaghan Do A dirty Judgment to Protect His Pension Plan at BCIMC ? Or was it to protect former BC Attorney General Ujjal Dosanjh and his deputy Maureen Maloney?

The story of British Columbia Investment Management Corp. (BCIMC) corruption appears to be getting dirtier and dirtier with the recent corrupt decision of British Columbia Provincial Court Judge John Lenaghan (photo needed) who, in our opinion made a crooked judgment in order to sabotage and undermine the ability of Jack English to organize his lawsuit against BCIMC.

Jack English had recently reported BCIMC to Canada Defense Minister, Rob Nicholson, and his Deputy Minister Richard Fadden because he believed BCIMC was behind the campaign of domestic terrorism carried out against his family business Pacific Rim Resort using fire attacks on their home and business and multiple other acts of vandalism. Like the cowards that they are, neither Nicholson nor Fadden have responded. 



Did the BC Government terrorize the English family? 

One of persons guiding Jack English in his efforts to recover his property looted by BCIMC subsidiary Parksbridge Community Lifestyles Ltd has been former British Columbia lawyer, John Carten, who has achieved a measure of international notoriety for his work at the Water War  Crimes web site that has exposed deep Canadian and BC Government corruption in relation to fresh water exports

So, when Mr. Carten was before Judge Lenaghan on November 5, 2013, Lenaghan did everything in his power to destroy Mr. Carten. by attempting to deprive him of 100% of his regular income. Lenaghan's judgement was perverse and demonstrates how some of Canada's politically appointed judges make up false interpretations of the law to protect government criminals and to silence legitimate critics of the state.  

Investigations into Lenaghan's background show that not only did he protect the criminal gang linked to BCIMC but he also appears to be doing favours for other criminal gangs involved in cross border cocaine trafficking. 

This guy is in deep trouble.

Unfortunately for John Lenaghan, when he made a dirty, professionally corrupt, judgment against Mr. Carten on November 5, 2013 he made a big mistake because Carten did his homework, investigated Lenaghan, and found that Lenaghan has dirty history that of helping  major criminals in British Columbia with links to organized crime.  Eleven other judges who made dirty rulings in their crooked attempt to destroy Carten are now dead and we suspect they were murdered by BC Government insiders who may soon murder Lenaghan in order to silence him.

We think Lenaghan, like some other judges at the British Columbia Provincial Court, is an agent of organized crime operating inside Canada's courts.

This is serious stuff and Carten has now found that Lenaghan has a dirty history (in our opinion dirty) of dismissing a criminal charge against former ex-police officer Rapinder Sidhu (RCMP) (shown in photo on right) who turned criminal and became involved in cross border cocaine trafficking.

Lenaghan thought his past would not catch up to him and blithely made a false judgment about Carten after taking a short break and, in our opinion, taking instructions over the telephone.  When Carten challenged Lenaghan and asked " Did you phone anyone for instructions" Lenaghan refused to answer the question.

It is a commonly acknowledged in British Columbia that judges frequently take a brief adjournment and make a phone call to get instructions on a case. This is especially true of Provincial Court judges who have a well earned reputation for corruption.  

Carten has now reported the incident to the RCMP who were delighted to receive the information because it gives them an opportunity to take a closer look at Lenaghan after they lost their case against Sidhu who they really wanted to put behind bars.

Fortunately, the American authorities caught up with Sidhu after Lenaghan let him go free and, in January 2014, put him in jail for 8 years for his role in a massive cross border cocaine deal.

Lenaghan, who is Irish born and connected to the corrupt former Deputy Attorney General Maureen Maloney, also Irish born, and the corrupt, Irish born, Adrian Dix, the former Chief of Staff to the BC Premier who was caught falsifying documents to thwart a police investigation of his Premier, Glen Clark, may be in deep trouble back in his homeland of Ireland because the IRA has been eliminating drug dealers making Belfast the most drug free city in Europe and they may not take kindly to a judge who lets drug dealers go free and assists the Hell's Angels, a gang that the IRA will not permit to operate in Ireland because of their reputation for drug dealing.

Recently, another, Irish born, British Columbia insider, John Furlong, who managed the 2010 Vancouver Olympics went home to Ireland and, suddenly, his wife was killed in freak motor vehicle accident that some are claiming was a "retribution hit" for something Furlong did during the Olympics or maybe it was just a warning for Furlong to keep his mouth shut about the serious crimes carried out in British Columbia during the regime of Premier Gordon Campbell.  However, it could have been a mistake and the real target may have been John Furlong who knows a lot of the secrets of the Gordon Campbell government.

Lenaghan has also been reported to the American authorities.

In the Editors opinion Judge John Lenaghan is a crooked judge who is menace to our community by allowing a major drug trafficker to roam free and peddle their dangerous drugs in our community  causing harm our children and fellow citizens. 

In the Editors opinion, if Mr. Carten's suspicions are correct, then Judge John Lenaghan is a likely target for murder by the British Columbia government insiders who assigned him to the Carten case and forced him to make his perverse ruling and if you, the reader, know and love John Lenaghan then you had better tell him to come clean as soon as possible because there are some people inside the British Columbia government that we think would like to see him take their secrets to his grave.
