ANOTHER ATTEMPTED MURDER OF JACK ENGLISH

Jack English is alive.

We write to report that there was an attempted murder of Jack English a few days ago.

We know who did it, when it took place and how it was carried out.

We know where the hit person works and his / her career path which deeply implicates him / her and corroborates his or her motives.  The BC Government and several of its agencies are deeply implicated.

The attempt was almost successful but some unexpected events intervened that saved Jack English's life and he is alive and doing well.

The almost successful murderer is now at grave risk of being murdered by the insiders who asked him / her to do the job.

This is how the game works.

For reasons of our own, we have decided not to tell you, the public, the name of the almost successful murderer.

We have decided to wait and watch and see if the insiders who asked him / her to do the job will murder him / her before he / she goes to the police and is placed in a witness protection program.

All the murderer and his / her bosses need to know now is that Jack English is alive, he has fully recovered, we know who the murderer is and his / her identity has been shared with and studied by various intelligence agencies over the past several days.

These events have prompted us to shine the spotlight on Rick Mahler.

Rick Mahler is the Chairman of the Board at BCIMC (British Columbia Investment Management Corporation) that benefitted from the illegal criminal conspiracy to take over the English family resort near Tofino at fire sale prices after, in the Editors's opinion, BCIMC agents started the fires.

For the past two and one half years, Rick Mahler and his pals at BCIMC have been aware that BCIMC benefitted from the criminal conspiracy carried out by their agents against the English family. 

Yet, Rick Mahler and his pals at BCIMC have failed to acknowledge their legal, ethical and moral obligations, they have failed to restore the stolen property to its owners, they have failed to pay just and fair compensation to the victims of terrorism and other crimes carried out to benefit BCIMC and they have remained silent. 

In the Editor's opinion, it is reasonable to conclude Rick Mahler and his pals on the Board of Directors at BCIMC are behind the recent attempted murder of Jack English.  However, we caution the reader that this is only our opinion based on the forensic principle of motive and capacity. To put it simply, it is in the interests of BCIMC that Jack English is dead, gone and buried because then no one will carry on the fight against BCIMC to recover the property that was acquired through a court process that was tainted by criminal methods that, in the Editors opinion, were cleverly implemented calculated to dissuade potential buyers or financiers from becoming involved with the property. 

Of course, Rich Mahler may be entirely innocent and his failure to act responsibly, in accordance with ethics, morality and law may be due to pressure from other board members or his superiors inside the Government of British Columbia.  But, Rick Mahler and his pals at the Board of Directors at BCIMC should be extremely cautions because the GODDESS OF JUSTICE carries a sword and she has been known to reach out and destroy those who inflict injustice upon others.

Our editors are aware that under Suzanne Anton's leadership the Ministry of Justice has been engaged in major cover up crimes of perjury and obstruction of justice by staff lawyers at Ministry of Justice and Attorney General and by case fixing by judges at the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.

The British Columbia courts are heavily infiltrated by the criminal organization known as  Freemasonry.

Cases are regularly fixed by judges responding to hand signals, code words and other private signals.  The situation has been going on for decades. 

The situation is so ridiculous that when Justice Steve Kelliher was asked if he was a Freemason by a litigant he announced he would adjourn the case until he could decide what to answer.

Kelliher later returned to court and protected a Freemason judge at the lower court who later paid his debt to the Freemason criminal organization by acquitting a group of drug dealers the RCMP wanted to put in jail.

Supreme Court of British Columbia Chief Justice Christopher Hinkson has, on at least two occasions before two different litigants, refused to answer whether or not he is a Freemason and then made a crooked decision that protected a Freemason.

Freemasonry in British Columbia does not comply with the Unlawful Society Act that requires that the Master of the Lodge to report who is at the meetings and what is discussed and sets out a 7 year penalty for failure to do so.

According to a reliable source, the conspiracy against the English family and their property was assisted by members of the Freemason Lodge in Tofino.

Mike Morris is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 2013 provincial election. He represents the electoral district of Prince George-Mackenzie as a member of the British Columbia Liberal Party

Mike had a 32-year career in the RCMP, retiring in 2005 as the Superintendent for the North District. Mike has also been an adjudicator and mediator with the Health Professions Review Board, has served on the Drug Benefit Council for BC since 2009, and is the Past President of the BC Trappers Association.
Mike has lived in Prince George for nearly two decades, and spent the majority of his RCMP career in northern communities.

He and his wife Chris have been married for more than 35 years. They have two sons and five grandchildren

As Minister in charge of Public Safety, Mike should do some investigation to determine the extent to which BCIMC is using its money to fund ISIS.

During his first news conference as BC’s Minister of Public Safety Mike Morris promised a crackdown on what he described as “low life cowards” in the drug trade.

The financing of terrorism in the middle east is consistent with the business practices of BCIMC that uses the techniques of arson, vandalism, destruction of property, lawlessness, threats of murder and attempted murder to loot the property of and terrorize the English family, near Tofino, and then to cover up their crimes.

British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCIMC) and the Government of British Columbia are essentially two parts of the same criminal gang that has been operating in the province of British Columbia for several decades looting private and community property, kidnapping children, putting innocent people in jail, murder, attempted murder, genocide, etc., etc.

These are really bad people and the record of their diabolical depravity is well documented.

So, it was no surprise to Jack English and his friends around the Province of British Columba and other parts of Canada to learn that Steve Wilson, one of the key players in the criminal conspiracy that assisted in the take over of his family owned resort property near Tofino, was rewarded last week, November 20, 2015,  with a high paying job as a "Master" (salary about $250,000 per year) of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

The  editors have no direct evidence that Steve Wilson engaged in any criminal conduct but it is clear that he and his law firm were part of the matrix of facts that included a court supervised sale process that was characterised by various criminal acts,such as vandalism, arson, destruction of property, death threats, and attempted murder against the English family and their property that diminished the market value of the lands that were part of the court supervised sale process.

However, Jack English insists that Steve Wilson lied to the Court of Appeal about the evidence that was withheld in the trial court and that Steve's lie helped destroy his case on appeal.

In the Editors opinion, Steve Wilson was appointed to this high paying position as a reward for the service he provided by assisting BCIMC acquire the English family property at far below market value.

In British Columbia, as in all provinces, the judges of the Supreme Court are appointed by the federal government in Ottawa  and the Masters are appointed by the Provincial Government. 

There are no elected judges or masters anywhere in Canada and the judicial system is riddled with cronyism and corruption but judges and masters are seldom put in jail for the crimes they commit on the bench.

The system of using the federal government to appoint judges was established at the time of Canada's creation in 1867 because it was understood the Provincial Governments would be more crooked than the federal governments and this prediction has stood the test of time especially in British Columbia where a criminal gang has operated inside the provincial government for several decades.

Chief Justice Bob Bauman Hires Judicial Spokesperson to Deflect Criticism of BC Court Of Appeal Judges

Chief Justice of British Columbia, Robert Bauman, shaken and reeling by charges of criminal corruption against three of his judges who refused John English the right to have his lawyer present his case, has hired a top legal counsel in the form of former British Columbia Justice Bruce Cohen.

According to the Court of Appeal web site

"Mr. Cohen will act as a spokesperson for the Superior Courts and as a liaison between the Superior Courts Judiciary and the media respecting the decisions of the Superior Courts and any initiatives undertaken by the Superior Courts to improve access to justice or to make the Superior Courts’ processes more efficient and affordable

When asked for comment, Mr. English's lawyer John Carten replied:

"I first met Bob Bauman when he was 7 or 8 years old and I always had a lot of respect for him.  He is in the middle of some very serious problems. I hope that the hiring of Bruce Cohen will assist him to guide the court because what happened to John English was a civic disgrace that brings into disrepute the administration of justice in this province". 

John English and his family are involved in a major dispute with the British Columbia Government whose agents used criminal methods to diminish the value of his family resort property valued at over $60 million and to acquire the property at a fire sale prices.

Canadian Judicial Council Refuses to Investigate Corruption at the British Columbia Court of Appeal

When Mr. English and his family were denied their fundamental right to use a lawyer to present legal arguments at the British Columbia Court of Appeal, by Judges Elizabeth Bennett, Mary Saunders and Nicole Garson, all of whom had serious conflicts of interest, especially the notoriously corrupt Elizabeth Bennett who had been a long time British Columbia civil servant, Mr. English, his lawyer, John Carten, and Ms. Karen Gibbs, who was present at the hearing, filed three complaints with the Canadian Judicial Council.

As expected, the Canadian Judicial Council, refused to conduct an investigation thereby proving, once again, that Canada's court system is the among the most corrupt in the world where judges deliberately cheat members of the public in order to benefit friends insiders and their political masters.


The situation in Canada is well known to the outside world but hidden by the government controlled Canadian media, in 2010, when Canada was last assessed, the Global Integrity Report found that the Canadian Justice System is one of the most corrupt in the entire world.

All Canadian judges must have been lawyers before being appointed by politicians. 

There is no single elected judge in the whole of Canada.

The Canadian Judicial Council, under the day to day direction of CEO and ex-RCMP officer Norman Sabourin, regularly refuses to investigate complaints of mis-conduct by judges, especially allegations of corruption.

 British Columbia Court of Appeal Justice Mary Saunders, shown in photo on right, told a sick and ailing John English that he would not be permitted to use a qualified lawyer to present his case against BC lawyer Greg Harney who Mr. English claims tried to rip him off with a million dollar bill for less than 2 days in court and a few weeks of office time. 

In the Editors opinion, the highly unusual ruling proves that the British Columbia Court of Appeal continued to be threatened or blackmailed by the criminal gang inside the Government of British Columbia that is using the Harney case as a tool to complete the looting of the English family resort property near Tofino, B.C.

Elizabeth Bennett

John English has been under doctors care for a serious concussion sustained last fall and he has been advised not to appear in court until his health is better so, his long time family friend and fully qualified lawyer, John Frederick Carten, approached the court  and asked to present the legal arguments because Mr. English was not well. 

Mr. Carten also tendered to the court proof of Mr. English's serious medical condition that was verified by a written report from Dr. Susan O'Donnell of St. Paul's Hospital who had examined Mr. English as a result of a medical crisis earlier in the morning. 

Mr. Carten is a highly qualified lawyer who has appeared at all levels of court in Canada and he sometimes assists self represented litigants who cannot otherwise afford a lawyer

Objections were also raised about the presence of Justice Elizabeth on the case because she is a former career civil servant in British Columbia whose pension plan is probably managed by the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation the company that was the beneficiary of the looting of the English family property by terrorist tactics. (see photo below of English family home burning )

 

Government terrorizes the English family.

Ms. Bennett has developed a reputation for being selected to preside on cases  involving  bureaucrats and politicians who are alleged to have committed crimes while in office in British Columbia. 

She was recently assigned to a case involving Mr. Carten where she made a highly questionable ruling and her assignment in that case is evidence of improper interference with the judiciary by the BC Government and corroborates Mr. English suspicion that the BC Government is manipulating the Court of Appeal against him. 

Ms. Bennett was involved in both the cover up of the alleged crimes of Premier Glen Clark and the cover up of the alleged crimes in the BC Rail scandal under the leadership of Premier Gordon Campbell. 

Based on her body language and demeanour in court on May 28, 2015, it is apparent that Ms. Bennett is under great stress that is consistent with criminal blackmail or other forms of threat or inducement.  

The court left Mr. English with no practical option but to risk his health and make a brief attendance to insure his appeal was not defeated by default.

The other judge on the case is Justice Nicole Garson who, like Saunders, Bennett and Chief Justice Bauman owes her position as a high paid Canadian judge (salary $250,000 plus per annum) to the corrupt regime of gangsters who worked for Prime Minister Jean Chretien - a regime that was widely known for corruption, judicial case fixing, and other crimes. According to the Court of Appeal Web Site, Garson (shown in photo on right) was appointed a supreme court judge on March 21, 2001 and a Court of Appeal Judge on May 14, 2009.    

A close examination of Garson's complexion in the recent photo on the right shows the tell tale signs of the Irish Curse, red coloured blotchy patches that form with the making of dishonest decisions, that killed former Canadian finance minister Jim Flaherty and that afflicts Elizabeth Bennett and Chief Justice Bauman.

British Columbia Premier Christy Clark (fifth person from the left in photo on left) was in Washington, D.C., on April 17 meeting leaders of the IMF, World Bank Group where she bragged about the British Columbia Government financial position that was increased by the corrupt acquisition of the English family property at Pacific Rim Resort through a corrupt legal process where buyers and financiers were frightened away by acts of terrorism, such as the deliberate burning of the English family home shown burning in the photo on right below, threats of murder and attempted murder. 

All the available evidence points to a deliberate attack against the English family carried out by agents of the Government of British Columbia who used criminal methods to loot a very valuable property that had been owned by the English family for almost 3 decades.  This is the legacy that  Premier Christy Clark is building for herself.

Premier Christy Clark also had a private meeting at the White House with Roberta Jacobson, who has been the United States Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs since March 30, 2012 and who is extremely curious about the British Columbia Government's close relationship Li Ka-shing who is widely regarded as an agent of the Chinese Communist Party and who recently announced that he had hired former Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird who, it is now suspected, was a secret agent of the Chinese Communist Party working inside Stephen Harper's cabinet for the past eight years - since 2007.

The Li Ka shing business enterprise has huge interests in Canada’s largest housing and commercial property development, the massive False Creek project in central Vancouver on the government land that hosted Expo ’86.

Li Ka-shing appears to be in deep trouble with the Communist Party in China where crooked billionaires are being sent to jail and, in some cases, executed. Corroboration of this theory is found in the fact that Li Ka-shing has moved his corporate head office from Hong Kong to the Cayman Islands.

The Chinese Communist Party’s most authoritative mouthpiece, the People’s Daily, has pronounced that Li is “no longer an ideal role model” for aspiring Chinese entrepreneurs. Other state-controlled media outlets have even labelled Li a “big tiger,” a code term used in President Xi Jinping’s continuing anti-graft campaign to describe high officials and business people tainted by corruption.

CEO Doug Pearce, received a total remuneration of $1.5 million in 2013, a 24-per-cent jump from his pay the year before of $1.2 million while 3,000 people are homeless in Vancouver.

Doug Pearce, who in the Editors opinion looks remarkably like a Pig,  was the man in charge when agents of BCIMC engineered the criminal conspiracy to loot the property of the English family and someone, probably an insider with BCIMC, attempted to murder Jack English because he blew the whistle on BCIMC corruption.


At the same time, a person on welfare in British Columbia gets a meagre  $600 a month and must pay huge sales taxes on almost everything he or she buys to support Pigs. 

Darryl Jones (photo not yet available) the former Vice President of Piggies Palace in charge of Research and Risk Measurement, earned a huge sum of $866365.  Daryl Jones has retired now and is living in luxury while others live in poverty in British Columbia and, after goons working for BCIMC, unlawfully forced the English family from their home at gunpoint.

Bryan Thomson, in charge of Equity Investments at BCIMC earned a huge salary of  $816,993 while British Columbia has the highest rate of child poverty in Canada. 

Bryan Thomson smiles and laughs while children live in poverty because people like Bryan Thomson are living high on public funds and there is no money to relieve child poverty.  Well done, ...Bryan.




The Unknown BCIMC Pig

Paul Flanagan, whose photo is unavailable but whom we are told  looks like the BCIMC employee in the photo on the right, is BCIMC Senior Vice President for fixed incomes and earned a salary of $764,350 about three times the salary of a Supreme Court Judge who earns about $250,000 per year.



Dean Atkins, the BCIMC Senior Vice President of Mortgages, took home only $745,293 less than half of the what Doug Pearce but over 100 times more that his fellow citizens on welfare are paid. Dean Atkins photo is also unavailable bout sources say he too looks like a Pig.


Mary Garden on

Mary Garden, the BCIMC Vice President of Real Estate, earned a huge salary of $687,086.  Mary Garden was also the in- charge-gal who approved the BCIMC acquisition of Parkbridge Community Lifetstyles in 2011 that was deeply involved in the terror campaign against the English family.  In the Editor's opinion, Mary also looks remarkably like a Pig. 

British Columbia now has two Piggy Palaces.

One is the internationally acclaimed Piggies Palace and Pig Farm where Willie Pickton murdered, butchered and fed to his pigs the bodies of over sixty women who were killed for sport and entertainment and the other is the corporate offices of British Columbia Investment Management Corporation where the murdering, slaughtering and butchering is less direct but not less effective.

Legal Counsel for the Pigs at BCIMC is Robert Des Trois Maison who was paid the $455,115 in 2013, by a government agency that benefits from huge taxation levels on everything the public purchase.  Robert is paid almost 3 times more than the democratically elected Premier Christy Clark, salary $168, 234, who is responsible for the governance of the whole Province, who is regularly attacked by the media and opposition parties and who has no job security.

BCIMC Is In Financial Trouble and Begins Selling Asset To Cover Cash Outlays

The corrupt management at the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation aka BCIMC is in big financial trouble and they are beginning to dispose of financial assets to cover costs.

Last week, it was announced that BCIMC has sold its interest in the Canadian based Delta Hotel chain to Marriott Hotels for $169 million.

In the opinion of the Editors this is evidence that BCIMC is in deep financial trouble.  The problem for BCIMC is that it must pay the highly over inflated civil servant pensions that the heavily unionized government work force has extorted from the public in British Columbia.

There simply is not enough cash to cover the grotesque pension benefits and so the asset disposal is ramping up.  When pension benefit stop then things will get very interesting.

This could not come at a worse time for BCIMC now that their management team has been implicated in the orchestration of a domestic terrorism to acquire the  English family resort property at fire sale prices.

Of course, Mike De Jong has a huge conflict of interest because he is the Minister in charge of BCIMC and the RCMP investigation will lead directly back to the Ministry of Finance which failed to supervise the management at BCIMC to insure innocent families were not terrorized by government agents.

Jack English has been making a series of Freedom of Information requests for documents that will assist to prove the criminal conspiracy against his family was organized by senior Government officials but the government is denying those requests on the grounds that he release of the documents will cause damage to the Government.

Mother nature sent a message to the First Nation (Native) Communities of British Columbia and to the British Columbia Government this week by rattling the area near Tofino with a 4.8 magnitude earthquake on January 8, 2015, only a few miles from the of the property that the Government of British Columbia looted from the English family as part of a crooked deal made by the Canadian Federal Department of Justice and Attorney General of British Columbia and the local First Nations Community.

In the Editors opinion, the big crook in the deal is British Columbia Investment Management Corporation that controls $100 billion in British Columbia civil services pension funds that could soon be absolutely broke and without any money to pay pensions.  Gordon Fyfe is the current president.

The dirty District Of Tofino assisted in the conspiracy by directing its workers to cut off sewer and water services and by imposing an illegal and punitive tax on each camp site at Pacific Rim Resort campground in order to assist to drive the English family out of business.
