Did Queen Elizabeth send Prince Edward to investigate domestic terrorism used by British Columbia Investment Management Corporation?

On September 12, 2014, Prince Edward the third son of Queen Elizabeth the Queen of Canada and England and all her other realms and colonies, including the coveted colony on Canada's West Coast known as British Columbia. 

Buckingham Palace announced that the visit would be a six day "private working visit". 

What the hell is that anyway? 

What is a private working visit by the son of the most prominent public figure in Canada? 

Why are we spending public money on a "private" visit? 

The last time Prince Edward paid a "private working visit" to Canada, for his mom, was when Queen Elizabeth was warned that she and her family were accruing some very bad
karma as a result of her employees and agents in Canada carrying out the murder of Justice Carolyn Stevenson of Fredericton, New Brunswick, who was sitting on the Federal Court of Appeal in a strange case that is deeply connected to the same gang of criminals operating inside the Government of British Columbia that benefitted from the campaign of domestic terrorism used  against Jack English  and his family (shown in photo on right) when they were terrorized by employees officers and /or agents of Queen Elizabeth right here, in this huge beautiful province of British Columbia. 

Well, ...what happened to Jack English and his family was despicable.  It was depraved, barbaric, and typical of the conduct of certain despicable regimes in the world. 

What happened to Jack English and his family was exactly what the Muzzie Fundamentalist Movement called ISIS is doing to British reporters in Iraq?  

And, if Queen Elizabeth and her family were benefitting in any way from the campaign of "terrorism" carried against the English family then Queen Elizabeth and her family are now accruing more very, very, bad karma and the thing about very bad karma is that it is cumulative.

And that very, very, bad karma is soon going to turn on some people in British Columbia and their families who know all about the crimes that were carried out against the English family but who have done nothing, said nothing, kept quiet, showed cowardice, lacked courage, sat with their tails behind their legs, turned yellow, ...

All of those COWARDS, with NO MORAL COURAGE, have very little time left because the GODDESS OF JUSTICE sometimes strikes just like that and BANG ....it happens... a loved one dies from a sudden illness, a car crash, someone has a freak accident...  

Some call it karma, others call it the electric universe, for some it is magic, for some its cosmic law, for others it is GOD. 

It's name does not matter but it is a POWER 

and

Finally, 11 months after Jack English and this blog blew the whistle on the criminal conspiracy involving its CEO and long time boss, British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCIMC) has replaced Doug Pearce, (shown in photo on right) with a new face.

Pearce was becoming an international embarrassment for BCIMC and the Governments of Canada and British Columbia as the story of his involvement in the criminal conspiracy to loot the English family resort property near Tofino, located on Vancouver Island on Canada's west coast,  continued to circulating among the movers and shakers in the financial capitals of the world. 

Bottom line: How can an investor safely invest a few million or a few billion dollars in Canada if a government agency, like BCIMC, can organize a criminal conspiracy and loot your business assets through a rigged court sale for pennies on the dollar and get away with it.

The removal of Pearce from his position comes only two weeks after Premier Clark removed BC Hyrdo head Charles Reid and replaced him with Jessica McDonald a person with little experience running a public utility but who insiders advise can be relied on by the Premier and her top advisors to get to the bottom of the mess created when BCIMC and BC Hydro employees and agents became involved in a disgraceful criminal conspiracy against the English family and their property.

Pearce's replacement is Gordon Fyfe (shown in photo on right) has a sterling reputation earned well outside the reach of the corrupt provincial government civil service in Victoria, British Columbia.

According to Bloomberg Businessweek,  Gordon J. Fyfe has been President of Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) since October 2003 and its Chief Executive Officer since October 2003. Mr. Fyfe joined Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investm) from CDP Capital where he was President, World Markets, of the CDP division since March 2002 responsible for investing more than $70 billion in the world’s equity, bond, currency, commodity, and alternative product markets. From 1992 ... to 2002, Mr. Fyfe was the President and Chief Operating Officer at TAL International, where he worked for 10 years. He started his career in Canadian Pacific before moving to Europe where he worked with Dominion Securities Pitfield and was a Vice President at JP Morgan, from 1986 to 1992, worked in the bond, equity, and derivative product markets. He serves as Chair of the Emory Center for Alternative Investments in Atlanta and as Chair of the Pacific Pension Iinstitute (PPI).

Mr. Fyfe is a Member of Board of Directors of Pacific Pension Institute. He serves as Trustee of Retirement Residences REIT. He serves as Director of TimberWest Forest Corp. Mr. Fyfe has been a Director of Telesat Canada since October 2007 and Telesat Holdings Inc. since October 31, 2007. He is a Member of Advisory Board at Black Coral Capital. He is on the Board of Trustees at Retirement Residences REIT. He served as Director of Revera Inc. since January 2007. Mr. Fyfe holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD in 1996, and a B. Com. from the University of British Columbia.

Late last week, British Columbia Premier Christy Clark removed that BC Hydro President and CEO
Charles Reid (shown in photo on right) from his job after allegations by Jack English that Reid was either incompetent or corked, or both, as a result of the inability of BC Hydro to rectify the harm that its out of control employees caused to Jack English and his family when those employees illegally trespassed and destroyed his access bridge in order to destroy his business.

The BC Hydro employees in question are alleged to have been part of the terrorist campaign of arson, destruction of property, and attempted murder burnings in order to assist British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCIMC) acquire valuable real estate owned by the English family at well below market values. BCIMC manages pension funds for British Columbia civil servants and politicians.

Reid was replaced by Jessica McDonald (shown in photo on left) a woman who has a reputation as a competent civil servant having previously work for the Government of British Columbia at a number of senior levels including a stint as Deputy Minister to Premier Gordon Campbell from 2005 to 2009.

Insiders with the BC Liberal Party report that it was about 2009, shortly after McDonald left, that Premier Gordon Campbell started to go lose control of his caucus and the rumblings continued until he was forced to resign in 2011.

The appointment of Jessica McDonald to replace BC Hydro CEO and President Charles Reid took place on May 25 2014 five days after the private meetings between Jack English and the Premier and her colleagues and is another welcome example of the BC Liberals keeping its campaign promises and standing up for the free enterprise against the forces of darkness, corruption and organized crime.

A few months, ago this blog posted the allegations by Mr. English that he had been informed by insiders that agents of the Governments of Canada and British Columbia promised the First Nations Council near Tofino, British Columbia, that they would deliver the English family lands to them as part of a land claims settlement but asked them to keep it secret or the price would go up - if the English family learned of their devious plans.

Jack English Continues Battle in Rear Guard Action Against Lawyers Circling the Dead Scraps of His Family's Business.

When all is lost - like vultures swooping and circling over the dead bits of raw meat after a gruesome accident - top-rated law firms in Vancouver and Victoria are the circling birds of prey over the remaining holdings of the English family that were substantially pillaged and plundered by a clear criminal conspiracy that benefited the biggest CAPITAL INVESTMENT pool on Canada's west coast.

One law firm, Borden Ladner Gervais to its credit, recognized it had failed Jack English by not recognizing that Jack English and his family were the victims of a criminal conspiracy and wrote off its LEGAL FEE of $100,000 Plus.

The failure to see the criminal conspiracy is the kind of error in judgment that many lawyers are prone to making because they are unfamiliar with how the law is used as an implement of criminal activity sometimes, knowingly and sometimes unknowingly, but every day judges are taking away property and transferring property and, in the halls of justice and in law offices and real estate offices there sometimes lurks criminal minds just as criminal minds lurk in the dark alleys and secluded streets of our nation.

Jack English's struggles with Victoria lawyer Greg Harney's remaining bill owing of about  $228,000 after he reduced his Million Dollar Draft or "Shock" Bill to a mere $500,000 plus change bill continues at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and at the Law Society of British Columbia where Jack English has reported Harney's billing practices and alleged abusive conduct to the Law Society's professional standards disciplinary body for review. 

Another Vancouver area law firm, Boughton Law Corp has refused requests that it identify its many several conflicts of interest as it pursues Jack English for approximately $300,000 after also failing to see the obvious criminal conspiracy unfolding under their very eyes.

In British Columbia when the government wants your land they burn you out and no one goes to jail and the RCMP refuse to investigate and that is exactly what happened to Jack English and his family whose home shown in centre photo was burned out by unidentified agents of the British Columbia Civil Service pension plan managed by a British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCIMC).  

Marilyn McNamara (a shown in photo on right) is a lawyer and a British Columbia civil servant civil she will benefit from the looting of the property the BCIMC looted from the English family using a fraudulent court process because her pension is managed by BCIMC.

When the British Columbia Government Civil Service learned Mr. Carten was helping the English family recover their looted property Marilyn McNamara acted like Adolf Hitler and his Nazi goons who goose stepped across Europe burning and pillaging in their path

Firstly, the Gangster Civil Service manipulated the court process and installed the dirty Provincial Court Judge John Lenaghan to take away 100% of Mr. Carten;s regular income just like the same Gangster Civil Service used dirty judges to destroy Mr. Carten's  business 15 years earlier when he was acting for another victim of the Nazi / Soviet State of British Columbia and when they threw him on jail on trumped up charges of non payment of child support that artificially rigged at 3 times the rate set by the Canadian Parliament.

Then, instead of allowing Mr. Carten a proper, full and open hearing of his application before the Employment and Assistance Act Appeal Tribunal that he is entitled to under the law, Marilyn McNamare, acted like a Nazi, rigged the process and engineered a perverse result in order to deny Mr. Carten the state mandated assistance all impoverished persons are entitled to under Canadian law, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and under the domestic laws of British Columbia.

So while Prime Minister Harper and the Canadian media play a grand charade by hurling insults at the Russians and other states that allegedly abuse humans rights they encourage the increasing Nazificaiton of Canada by people like Marilyn McNamara and the British Columbia Government Civil Service. 

 

When recently elected British Columbia Premier Christy Clark (shown in photo on left) learned that the Gangster Civil Service lawyers are crooked and when her own Gangster Civil Service union lawyers lost a significant court case against another  civil service union she did the intelligent thing and went outside the corrupt Gangster Civil Service and hired a private lawyer to take the case the British Columbia Court of Appeal where the Court agreed with the private lawyer and made a ruling in favour of her elected government and contrary to the plans of the Gangster Civil Service that has a reputation of secretly manipulating the lower courts in British Columbia.

 

This is the state to which  the Gangster Civil Service in British Columbia has descended where they attack and destroy the homes and businesses of innocent families in order to enrich their own pensions plans.

This is the guy who is in charge of the company that benefitted from the "terrorism" and other "criminal activity" used to loot, pillage and plunder the lands that were formerly owned by the English family near Tofino.

Concerned citizens in  British Columbia, other parts of Canada and "around the planet" are justifiably are asking if Doug Pearce was paid a bonus or reward for his skill and talent that appears to have included a carefully crafted campaign of terrorism, criminal activity, and other abuses of power to acquire real estate that was formerly owned by the English family near Tofino, on Vancouver Island.

Of course, we the Editors, are not accusing Doug Pearce and BCIMC of orchestrating the crimes committed but, according to Jack English, Pearce did meet with him, at least once, and got really nervous and displayed the "body language" of someone who was very guilty and, as most criminal investigators know, body language is usually very reliable. 

This meeting was before Jack English finally figured out that he was double crossed by a real estate agent who was working for BCIMC and at the same time supposedly working for him.

There is no doubt that there were crimes committed that assisted BCIMC (through its subsidiary Parkbridge Community Lifestyles Ltd.) to acquire the property so, it is a safe bet that someone connected to BCIMC was behind the crimes and Dough Pearce as the top guy at BCIMC is ultimately responsible for the actions of the company he directs and manages.

Did Judge John Lenaghan Do A dirty Judgment to Protect His Pension Plan at BCIMC ? Or was it to protect former BC Attorney General Ujjal Dosanjh and his deputy Maureen Maloney?

The story of British Columbia Investment Management Corp. (BCIMC) corruption appears to be getting dirtier and dirtier with the recent corrupt decision of British Columbia Provincial Court Judge John Lenaghan (photo needed) who, in our opinion made a crooked judgment in order to sabotage and undermine the ability of Jack English to organize his lawsuit against BCIMC.

Jack English had recently reported BCIMC to Canada Defense Minister, Rob Nicholson, and his Deputy Minister Richard Fadden because he believed BCIMC was behind the campaign of domestic terrorism carried out against his family business Pacific Rim Resort using fire attacks on their home and business and multiple other acts of vandalism. Like the cowards that they are, neither Nicholson nor Fadden have responded. 



Did the BC Government terrorize the English family? 

One of persons guiding Jack English in his efforts to recover his property looted by BCIMC subsidiary Parksbridge Community Lifestyles Ltd has been former British Columbia lawyer, John Carten, who has achieved a measure of international notoriety for his work at the Water War  Crimes web site that has exposed deep Canadian and BC Government corruption in relation to fresh water exports

So, when Mr. Carten was before Judge Lenaghan on November 5, 2013, Lenaghan did everything in his power to destroy Mr. Carten. by attempting to deprive him of 100% of his regular income. Lenaghan's judgement was perverse and demonstrates how some of Canada's politically appointed judges make up false interpretations of the law to protect government criminals and to silence legitimate critics of the state.  

Investigations into Lenaghan's background show that not only did he protect the criminal gang linked to BCIMC but he also appears to be doing favours for other criminal gangs involved in cross border cocaine trafficking. 

This guy is in deep trouble.

Unfortunately for John Lenaghan, when he made a dirty, professionally corrupt, judgment against Mr. Carten on November 5, 2013 he made a big mistake because Carten did his homework, investigated Lenaghan, and found that Lenaghan has dirty history that of helping  major criminals in British Columbia with links to organized crime.  Eleven other judges who made dirty rulings in their crooked attempt to destroy Carten are now dead and we suspect they were murdered by BC Government insiders who may soon murder Lenaghan in order to silence him.

We think Lenaghan, like some other judges at the British Columbia Provincial Court, is an agent of organized crime operating inside Canada's courts.

This is serious stuff and Carten has now found that Lenaghan has a dirty history (in our opinion dirty) of dismissing a criminal charge against former ex-police officer Rapinder Sidhu (RCMP) (shown in photo on right) who turned criminal and became involved in cross border cocaine trafficking.

Lenaghan thought his past would not catch up to him and blithely made a false judgment about Carten after taking a short break and, in our opinion, taking instructions over the telephone.  When Carten challenged Lenaghan and asked " Did you phone anyone for instructions" Lenaghan refused to answer the question.

It is a commonly acknowledged in British Columbia that judges frequently take a brief adjournment and make a phone call to get instructions on a case. This is especially true of Provincial Court judges who have a well earned reputation for corruption.  

Carten has now reported the incident to the RCMP who were delighted to receive the information because it gives them an opportunity to take a closer look at Lenaghan after they lost their case against Sidhu who they really wanted to put behind bars.

Fortunately, the American authorities caught up with Sidhu after Lenaghan let him go free and, in January 2014, put him in jail for 8 years for his role in a massive cross border cocaine deal.

Lenaghan, who is Irish born and connected to the corrupt former Deputy Attorney General Maureen Maloney, also Irish born, and the corrupt, Irish born, Adrian Dix, the former Chief of Staff to the BC Premier who was caught falsifying documents to thwart a police investigation of his Premier, Glen Clark, may be in deep trouble back in his homeland of Ireland because the IRA has been eliminating drug dealers making Belfast the most drug free city in Europe and they may not take kindly to a judge who lets drug dealers go free and assists the Hell's Angels, a gang that the IRA will not permit to operate in Ireland because of their reputation for drug dealing.

Recently, another, Irish born, British Columbia insider, John Furlong, who managed the 2010 Vancouver Olympics went home to Ireland and, suddenly, his wife was killed in freak motor vehicle accident that some are claiming was a "retribution hit" for something Furlong did during the Olympics or maybe it was just a warning for Furlong to keep his mouth shut about the serious crimes carried out in British Columbia during the regime of Premier Gordon Campbell.  However, it could have been a mistake and the real target may have been John Furlong who knows a lot of the secrets of the Gordon Campbell government.

Lenaghan has also been reported to the American authorities.

In the Editors opinion Judge John Lenaghan is a crooked judge who is menace to our community by allowing a major drug trafficker to roam free and peddle their dangerous drugs in our community  causing harm our children and fellow citizens. 

In the Editors opinion, if Mr. Carten's suspicions are correct, then Judge John Lenaghan is a likely target for murder by the British Columbia government insiders who assigned him to the Carten case and forced him to make his perverse ruling and if you, the reader, know and love John Lenaghan then you had better tell him to come clean as soon as possible because there are some people inside the British Columbia government that we think would like to see him take their secrets to his grave.

Is Doug Pearce a target for murder? 

Researchers are advising that Doug Pearce, who recently announced his intent to resign from his position as President and CEO of British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, may be a target for murder. 

This analysis is based upon a series of  sudden deaths involving top level insiders at the Government of British Columbia over the past few years.  Due to the timing and the prior relatively good health of these insiders their deaths look suspiciously like murders of insiders carried out to protect the criminal gang of insiders that operates inside the Government of British Columbia. 

The following is a brief listing of some of the insiders who deahts look suspiciously like murders.

In January 2006 James Taylor, a long time employee of the Ministry of the Attorney General and then a judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia who regularly did favours for insiders with the Government of British Columbia, died of a sudden heart attack while in excellent health, at age 64, at his ski cabin at Mount Washington on Vancouver Island when news of his dirty inside activities was leaked to the outside world.

In November 2007, Robert Edwards, the former Deputy Attorney General of British Columbia who worked closely with Doug Pearce and, subsequently, a judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, died of a sudden heart attack at age 64 when his crimes as Deputy Attorney General were leaked to the outside world.

In Janaury 2009, Mr. Stan Hagen, who was a Minister in the Social Credit Government that created BCIMC and appointed Doug Pearce its CEO and who was later was later a Minister in the Liberal Government of Gordon Campbell died of a sudden heart attaack only a few hours after meeting with crooked BC Premeir Gordon Campbell.  Hagen was not known for corrupt activities but he was in a position to blow the whistle on insider corruption.

In  May 2009, Hugh Stansfield, a former lawyer with Lawson Lawdell, the same law firm that represents BCIMC in the civil action commenced by Jack English and his family, and then appointed the Chief Judge of the British Columbia Provincial Court at a whoppingly excessive salary of $352,000 died of sudden onset cancer, within 17, days of his crimes were leaked to the outside world.  Sudden onset cancer is one of the latest methods of assassination employed by special forces worldwide.  The technology to create sudden onset cancer was developed by the American, Russian, and other international agencies to use as a tool to kill "enemies of the state"  when "a sudden heart attack" was becoming too obvious as a weapon of destruction.

Stansfield, the Chief Judge of the lowest court in British Columbia, was paid more than the Chief Justice of the higher Supreme Court of British Columbia and more than the Chief Justice of the higher Court of Appeal of British Columbia and even more than the Chief Justice of the highest court ion Canada, the Supreme Court of Canada.

Researchers advise that Stansfield was able to demand a high salary under his promise to keep his mouth shut about major crimes involving the Government of Gordon  Campbell.

In February 2010, Jack Ebbels, a former lawyer with the Minister of the Attorney General of British Columbia and former Deputy Minister of Mines and Energy for British Columbia dropped dead from a sudden heart attack while skiing in Alberta a mere one month after news of his criminal activity was published on the internet.  Ebbels was a key lawyer in the Government when BCIMC was created and Doug Pearce appointed its CEO and Ebbels worked in the notoriously corrupt departments administering native lands claims settlements that appear to be linked ot the campaign of terrorism against the English family resort.

In March 2010, Gillian Wallace died from sudden onset cancer Wallace had been a lawyer with Canada's notoriously corrupt Department of Justice and moved to British Columbia in 1991 shortly after Doug Pearce took over as CEO of BCIMC.  Wallace was Assistant Deputy Minister of for the Attorney General and then Deputy Minister from about 1993 to 2003 when she resigned after being caught in a corruption scandal that  was covered up by Premier Gordon  Campbell.  She suddenly developed cancer and died when her crimes were leaked to outsiders.

In November 2010 the former Deputy Minister for the Attorney General British Columbia, Mr. Justice David Vickers, died of sudden onset cancer.  As a Judge Mr. Justice Vickers was recruited to carry out corrupt activities to protect insiders with the Government of British Columbia and his cancer developed when his crimes were leaked to outsiders.

In March 2011,  Mr. Justice Donald Brenner, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, died from a sudden heart attack when in excellent health.  Brenner assisted BCIMC and other BC Government agencies by rigging court cases and his murder took place shortly after his crimes were leaked to outsiders.

On September 30, 2011, Sandra Gail Roberts, a long time key aide to the Government of Premier Gordon Campbell died from sudden oinset cancer a mere six months after Campbell resigned and she had resigned with him.  Roberts knew many of the secrets of Gordon Campbell and the criminal gang that operates inside the Government of British Columbia.

In Ireland, on April 13, 2013,  John Furlong's wife, Deborah, was in a sudden, mortal, automobile accident in what appeared to be a message to John  Furlong to shut his mouth about the massive money laundering that took place during the Vancouver Olympics.  Furlong was a close confidant of British Columbia Premier Campbell who now living in England because he is afraid to live among the people he cheated in British Columbia when he was the Premier of the Province .

On May 21 2013, Harold Long, died in suspicious airplane accident.  Long was a key member of the governing party in the legislature of British Columbia when BCIMC was created and when Doug Pearce was made its CEO.  He was later a Minister in the Government of the now disgraced Premier Gordon Campbell.  Murder is suspected and Long took many secrets to his grave.

On May 28, 2013, Bill Ried, died from cancer, Bill was a cabinet minister during the period when BCIMC was established and Doug Pearce was made its CEO.

In September, 2013, Jack English was the target of an attempted murder when someone sabotaged his motor vehicle immediately prior to him leaving on a trip through the rugged mountains of Vancouver Island.

So, Doug Pearce, with his insider knowledge of many of the dirty dealings surrounding BCIMC, a corporation without an ethics department, may be a target for murder by the same insiders involved in the campaign of terrorism against the English Family and their resort property near Tofino and the jewel of Canada ' National Park System, The Pacific Rim National Park.

Did BCIMC and its subsidiary Parkbridge Instruct its Lawyer and Bailiff to Break the Criminal Code of Canada?

Tenants Property Damaged By Government Goons 

In the Editors opinion, Kelowna lawyer, Brianna Hardwick, and Comox Valley Bailiff Ltd. boss, John Bradshaw, are criminals who should be put in jail. 

The photos posted here show some of the wilful damage to the private property of lawful tenants on the Pacific Rim Resort property carried out by agents of Comox Valley Bailiff Ltd. and its manager John Bradshaw under the watchful eye of an RCMP officer with his hand on his gun  who refused to enforce the law and protect private property from wilful damage by out of control government agents.

These acts are more evidence an  ongoing  criminal conspiracy  to loot the Pacific Rim Resort property in defiance of the law.

Section 94 of the Residential Tenancy Act is clear.

 94  Despite any other enactment, no order of a court in a proceeding involving a foreclosure, an estate or a matrimonial dispute or another proceeding that affects possession of a rental unit is enforceable against a tenant of the rental unit unless the tenant was a party to the proceeding.

Bradshaw and Hardwick were fully informed of section 94 of the Residential Tenancy Act but destroyed property and ejected the tenants.

At least three persons, who were not parties to the foreclosure proceeding that sold the property to Parkbridge, were tenants on the land and they were either illegally barred from their residential premises or their residential premises were illegally damaged and removed from the lands where they were located under existing tenancy agreement.  The property damage is estimated to be thousands of dollars.

These three tenants were entitled to the protection of the Residential Tenancy Act.

The Editors expect to post more photos of other the damage done by out of control agents of the Government of British Columbia in the coming days.

The Editors have been informed that the tenants intend to bring criminal changes against Bradshaw Hardwick, Parkbridge, the police officer involved and anyone else who was in the chain of command for the illegal ejectment of the tenants.

It is also believed that Bradshaw is part of a local criminal mob on Vancouver Island some of whom were part of the continuing criminal conspiracy against the English family.

Is BCIMC Broke? Are Civi Service Pensions At Risk? The Secret Desperation Behind The Gangsterism That Benefited BCIMC

Desperate times + desperate crimes = Doug Pearce + BCIMC.

Many financial crimes are motivated by financial desperation. 

There is now reason to believe that British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCIMC) engineered the criminal conspiracy to loot the lands of the Pacific Rim Resort property because Doug Pearce, the long standing CEO, knows the desperate financial position of BCIMC and he also knows that British Columbia civil service and political pensions are in serious financial trouble.

This would also explain why Doug Pearce announced that he would be retiring shortly after this blog published the mechanics of the next steps in the swindle of taxpayers money that the Editors believe was being planned by BCIMC as the criminal conspiracy against the Pacific Rim Resort property moves into phase two. 

If our Editors are correct, Pearce and other insiders now realize that Ottawa's Departments of Finance and Aboriginal Affairs are unlikely to provide BCIMC with a huge cash infusion as part of a Native Land Claim settlement with the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations.

The Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations now realize that they have been drawn into a criminal conspiracy and that any land claim settlement that included the Pacific Rim Resort property could be set aside in a future court action by Jack English, his children or even his grandchildren.  

Title to property acquired by fraud is not clear title and the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations would be incredibly stupid to accept property that they would surely lose in a later court battle. 

In the Editors opinion Doug Pearce is on the run.  This blog was set up six weeks ago to expose BCIMC corruption and, last week, after over 25 years as the man in charge, he announced he would be resigning.

But Pearce is not the only issue with BCIMC.  KPMG, the long time auditor of BCIMC, is well known for carrying out massive financial frauds and recently paid a fine of $450 million so 17 senior executives could avoid going to jail for a very long time.

For years, BCIMC, with the assistance of KPMG, has been publishing unaudited financial statements of its investment inventory.

This means that the investment inventory has not been audited by an independent, third party, credible agency so there is no guarantee the investments are there to back up the pensions they are supposed to support.  

Civil servants and the politicians who hope to rely on the pensions plans invested and managed by BCIMC are basically relying on the word and credibility of Doug Pearce and his senior management team who have now been linked to a massive criminal conspiracy. 

Simply put, the published financial statements of BCIMC and the security of public service pensions plans are at risk. 

Although annual financial statements (which do not include the inventories) are supposedly audited KPMG is the auditor and KPMG admits it heavily relies on BCIMC management team in the preparation of the those reports.  

Could the published financial statements of BCIMC be one massive fraud?  .....YES.

Has the Government of British Columbia ever lied before?  ......YES.

Has BCIMC been involved in a criminal conspiracy against Pacific Rim Resort?  ......YES.

Have KPMG executives ever been indicted?  YES, 17 of them in 2007

Did Doug Pearce suddenly announced he was jumping ship (resigning) when these crimes at Pacific Rim Resort were exposed? ...... YES.

So, if the Editors of this blog are right, as they have been ever since this blog was first published, the Victoria City Police and the other police forces in this province (BC), who regularly visit this blog, are in for a BIG SHOCK when they wake up, look around, and find that their pension plans not as rich as they hoped they would be while Doug Pearce and his management team have quietly left town, left the province and left Canada.

Reign of Terror Continues - BC Government Agency "Parkbridge" Breaking BC Government Laws With Illegal Evictions

The "reign of terror" by British Columbia Government Agencies against the English family of Tofino and other tenants on the Pacfic Rim Resort property continued today when, on instructions of Parkbridge lawyer, Brianna Hardwick, of Kelowna, (shown in photo on left) John  Bradshaw, who operates Comox Valley Bailiffs Ltd., attempted to remove several legal tenants from the property, including Jack English and his family, without complying with the mandatory provisions of the Residential Tenancy Act of British Columbia that require that the landlord serve proper notice on legitimate tenants whom it intends to evict and which gives the tenant the right to dispute a wrongful eviction.

Andrew Blair - Parkbridge President

Andrew Blair is the President and CEO of Parkbridge the company that is the legal beneficiary of the criminal conspiracy against the English family and he is considered a suspect in the conspiracy although the Editors believe that the masterminds behind the criminal conspiracy would likely have hidden some their plans from Blair who is a "puppet president" of Parkbridge a wholly owned subsidiary of BCIMC.  Blair may be asked to give evidence against BCIMC CEO, Doug Pearce, and CBRE Vice President, Mike Nissley, as the case proceeds.

Blair started his career as a lawyer in one of Canada’s pre-eminent commercial legal gangs a.k.a. law firm, so he should know that tenants have rights in Canada and cannot be evicted for no good reason. 

According to his online biography, Blair currently resides in Calgary with his wife Victoria and their young daughter, Alexandra.  Andrew enjoys a number of sports and activities including wakeboarding, canoeing and mountain biking in the summer and skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

In the Editors opinion, Blair, as CEO of Parkbridge, is in a position similar to that of the driver of the getaway car at a bank robbery because Parkbridge is the vehicle that was selected to carry "the loot" i./e. the Pacific Rim Resort Property, away from the owners after the clever orchestration of a criminal conspiracy.  

 The questions for Blair are: "What did he know about the criminal methods used?"  and "When did he know it?"

 The bailiff, John Bradshaw, with Comox Valley Baillffs Ltd., has given the English Family 24 hours to get off the property and enlisted the RMCP as his agents. 

This is the kind of inhumane, neo-Nazi like degeneracy to which government agents in British Columbia have descended - violating their own laws, stripping citizens of their property rights, throwing them on the street without due process, corrupting the court process, death threats, attempted murder, destruction of their businesses, destruction of their private property, using the police as a private gestapo, and much more, all carried out in order to fatten the pension benefits of the greedy, grasping, political and bureaucratic classes and the insiders who profit on the fringes of their criminal activities.

Jack English,his family and the other tenants on the land were never given "the appropriate Notice to End Tenancy form available from any Residential Tenancy Branch Office or Government Agent's Office. 
  
The law in British Columbia specifically states that 

... no order of a court in a proceeding involving a foreclosure, an estate or a matrimonial dispute or another proceeding that affects possession of a rental unit is enforceable against a tenant of the rental unit unless the tenant was a party to the proceeding. (See Residential Tenancy Act section 94)

So why are government licenced lawyer, Brianna Hardwick, and government licenced bailiff, John Bradshaw, deliberately breaking section 94 of the Residential Tenancy Act to remove tenants who were not party to the proceedings which granted the order of possession to Parkbridge?  Are lawyers and bailiffs above the law?  Well, the truth is that, in British Columbia, government lawyers, like Hardwick, and agents like Bradshaw, regularly break the law and are never punished.     

The brazen criminality used against the English Family of Tofino as part of a court process that benefits government agencies is a classic example of why British Columbia is not a safe place to invest.

So, late today, Suzanne Anton, the Attorney General and Minister of Justice for British Columbia (shown in photo on right) was asked to do her job and take control of the obviously lawless government agencies that are hell bent to destroy an innocent family and other innocent tenants.

Under the section 2 of the Attorney General Act, the Attorney General

(b) must see that the administration of public affairs is in accordance with law,

 

(f) must advise the heads of the ministries of the government on all matters of law connected with the ministries,

 

(I) has the regulation and conduct of all litigation for or against the government or a ministry in respect of any subjects within the authority or jurisdiction of the legislature,

 

Jack English and the Editors of this blog have asked Suzanne Anton to do her job and instruct Kelowna lawyer, Brianna Hardwick, who is handling the government litigation that is evicting several tenants at the Pacifc Rim Resort property, to respect section 94 of the Residential Tenancy Act. 

 

Jack English has asked Suzanne Anton to contact government licenced bailiff, John Bradshaw, and remind him of his obligation to respect the rights of tenants conferred by section 94 of the Residential Tenancy Act.  

 

The world will judge British Columbia Minister of Justice, Susan Anton, by her actions or lack of action.
